What to expect from a session

My role is to tune into what your animal companion is showing and communicate those observations back to you as objectively and clearly as possible. I do not interpret the meaning of the session for you or tell you what to believe. Instead, I help you better understand what may be present within the relationship so you can decide what resonates for you moving forward.

Step 1: Booking + Intake

Once your session is booked, you will receive a short intake form where I will ask for:

  • A photograph of your animal companion

  • Their name and basic background information

  • Who lives in the household

  • How long they have been with you

  • The questions, concerns, or behaviors you would like insight around

This information helps me begin holding the connection before the session itself.

Step 2: Pre-Session Connection

Before we meet, I spend intentional time tuning into your animal companion independently.

What I receive often comes through as images, snapshots, emotional impressions, sensations, behaviors, or direct knowing. Sometimes the meaning is immediately clear. Other times, I simply share exactly what is being shown and allow you to connect the pieces within the context of your own relationship and experience.

My role is to communicate what comes through as cleanly and objectively as possible.

Step 3: Your Session

Sessions are held virtually through Zoom unless otherwise arranged.

During the session, we will walk through what came forward and explore the questions or concerns most important to you. The conversation often unfolds naturally as additional information comes through in real time.

Some clients come seeking clarity around behavior or emotional changes. Others are navigating illness, aging, grief, transition, or wanting a deeper understanding of the connection they share with their animal.

Every session is different because every relationship is different.

Step 4: Notes and Check In

After your session, you will receive written notes summarizing what came through during the conversation.

A follow-up check-in is also included as part of the process. This gives us space to revisit anything that has shifted since the initial session, discuss updates or changes, and continue supporting the relationship moving forward.
